INCORRECT EMAIL PLACED ON LINE AT YOUR TIME OF ORDER. If we can not verify your payment within 5 business days your order will be cancelled and you will automatically receive a refund.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace once item is returned

If there is a discrepancy with your order, please contact us within 7 days.

Local Pickup Policy

 

We now offer free local pickup at KayOcollection.com

 

Customers may pickup during normal business hours:

Monday-Friday 7pm-9pm

Saturday 4pm-8pm

Local pick-up orders are available 1-2 business days AFTER purchase date. Customers will receive email notification when the order is available for pickup. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be available the following business day for pickup. 

 

Here's how it works: 

  • During checkout, choose Local Pickup
  • Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" e-mail. (This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation.)
  • Bring your ID, credit card, and order number to the store and pick up your items.
  • We'll hold your items at the store for 10 days. If you do not make it in by then, your items will be shipped to the address you provided on our website or you will be issued a store credit!

 

Only you can pick up your oder. You must bring the following items with you to the store in order for us to process your shipment:  

  1. Your government-issued photo ID
  2. The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used).
  3. Your order number.
